颞下颌关节紊乱药物结合超短波综合治疗效果观察

摘　　要：目的：观察综合治疗和物理治疗颞下颌关节紊乱的的临床疗效。方法：选择46例颞下颌关节紊乱的患者,按就诊顺序分为两组,分别采用药物加物理综合治疗和超短波物理治疗,观察两组患者治疗1~2周后及半年随访的临床疗效。结果：药物加物理综合治疗组显效及有效率100%,半年复发2例,单纯物理治疗组半年复发8例95.2%,差异有统计学意义。结论：药物加物理综合治疗颞下颌关节紊乱近期疗效及远期疗效均高于单纯物理治疗组,而且疗程短。Objective To observe the clinical effect by using the united treatment of comprehensive therapy and physical therapy, and find the most appropriate treatment of tempommandibular disorder （TMD）. Methods According to the see order ,total of 46 TDM patients were divided into two groups, respectively adopting drug and physical treatment and ultrashort wave physical therapy, comparing by chi-square test to observe the clinical effect after 1 - 2 weeks and half-year＇s treatment. Results The comprehensive treatment group, united the drug and physical treatment, had the 100 % in effective and excellent , 2 cases recurrence in half a year; the physical treatment group ,had 95.2 % and 8 cases recurrence. The difference have statistical significance. Conclusion Using the drugs and physical comprehensive treatment to the TDM ,have the higher curative effect in the forward and recent, and the shorter treatment course.
