摘　　要：艺术高职院校兼职教师成分复杂,有一些问题如果得不到及时解决,会影响人才培养的质量。文本研究兼职教师队伍特点,探讨表演类艺术高职院校兼职教师管理中存在的问题,提出完善艺术职业院校兼职教师管理的对策。The backgrounds of part-time teachers in arts vocational colleges are complicated.If some problems could not solve in time,they would effect on the qualification of education.The thesis studies on the characters of part-time teachers,discusses the problems that exist in part-time teachers＇ management of performing arts colleges,addresses the strategies to improve organizing part-time teachers in arts vocational colleges.
