摘　　要：目的总结北京市某大型综合医院建设国家临床重点专科的思路和举措,为打造医院核心竞争力提供参考。方法对国家临床重点专科评估试点评分标准进行分析,梳理医院重点专科建设前后主要指标变化。结果评估指标的核心是医疗服务能力与水平。医院建设重点专科后,相关指标显著提升。结论医院采取系列举措,为重点专科的发展建设提供了充足动力。Objective To summarize the ideas and measures of construction of national key clinical specialty in a large general hospital in Beijing in order to provide reference for the core competitiveness improvement. Methods The evaluation index composition ratio of the national key clinical specialty was analyzed, and the change of main indicators before and after the construction in a hospital were analyzed. Results Evaluation index emphasized on the medical service capacity and level. After construction of the key clinical specialty in a tertiary A--level hospital, the relevant indicators were improved significantly. Conclusion The tertiary A--level hospital took a series of initiatives to provide sufficient power in the development and construction of key clinical specialty.
