摘 要:本研究以硝酸纤维素膜为固相载体,包被氨苯砜-OVA偶联物为检测带(T带),酶标羊抗兔二抗为质控带(C带)。依据免疫竞争法原理,建立了胶体金渗滤式试纸条快速检测动物性食品中氨苯砜的方法,最低检出限为20μg/L。样品前处理方法简单,在10min内即可目测判断结果。经高效液相色谱法验证,该方法可用。该方法操作简便、快速,适用于大批量临场动物性食品中氨苯砜残留的快速定性检测。Based on the principle of immune competition method,a colloidal gold immunoassay method for rapid detection of dapsone(DDS)in animal foods was established,with nitro-cellulose membrane coating DDS-OVA conjugate as the test line and goat-rabbit IgG as the control line.The minimum detection limit was 20μg/L for DDS.The method was verified by HPLC and the result showed that this method can be applied to practical detection for dapsone.The preparation method of sample was simple and the results could be seen within 10 min.Therefore this strip method is simple and time-saving that it can be widely used to rapid detection of DDS in various food samples.
