摘 要:针对传统超前角度补偿解耦法引起的舵机效率降低的问题,提出了一种考虑效率补偿的指令补偿解耦算法。该算法通过量化分析舵机效率与弹体转速的关系,结合旋转火箭弹单通道舵系统控制指令的特点,确定了不同频率下的相角补偿矩阵和效率补偿矩阵算法。仿真结果表明:效率补偿解耦法对不同转速和指令频率条件,既能有效解耦,又能保证不降低舵机效率,而且实现简单,适合工程应用。Aiming at the problem of reducing efficiency of the actuator caused by traditional advanced angle compensation decoupling method, a new algorithm for the compensation of efficiency is proposed. The algorithm is based on the quantitative analysis of relationship between steering efficiency and projectile rotating speed, combined with characteristics of rotation control instruction of single channel rocket rudder system. This algorithm determines the phase compensation matrix and the efficiency compensation matrix at different frequencies. A simulation of this algorithm is carried out and the results show that the efficiency compensation decoupling method can effectively decoupling, and guarantee no reduction of the efficiency of steering gear at different rotating speeds and instruction frequency conditions. This method is easy to implement and is suitable for engineering application.
