酒糟沼气发酵的基础探究

摘　　要：文章开展了中温(38℃±1℃)条件下含固率为6%,8%的酒糟批式厌氧发酵产沼气的研究。结果表明:酒糟极易酸化形成大量挥发性脂肪酸(VFAs),是良好的沼气发生原料。发酵27 d(发酵基本结束)时,TS为6%,8%的酒糟TS产气率分别为402.08 m L·g^(-1),387.81 m L·g^(-1),VS产气率分别为441.84 m L·g^(-1),426.16 m L·g^(-1)。TS为6%,8%酒糟的最佳发酵周期分别为14 d,15 d。Anaerobic digestion of vinasse with solid concentration of 6%,8% were carried out in batch fermentation at temperature of 38℃ ± 1℃. The result showed that vinasse was easy to develop a large number of VFAs,and was a good raw material for biogas production. For TS content of 6% and 8% in 27 days of fermentation,the TS biogas production rate of vinasse were 402. 08 m L · g-1and 387. 81 m L · g-1TS,and VS gas production rate were 441. 84 m L · g-1,426. 16 m L·g-1VS,respectively. Their best fermentation period were 14 days,15 days,respectively.
