摘 要:目的:探讨品管圈活动在骨科实习护生临床带教中的实践效果。方法:选取2015年1-12月实习护生74名作为观察组,成立品管圈小组进行带教学习;选取2014年1-12月实习护生62名作为对照组,采取传统临床带教。比较2组出科考试成绩、综合能力的变化以及师生满意度。结果:观察组的理论成绩及操作成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组查房考核、晨间提问、护理书写、健康宣教等综合能力得分教学前后差值均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组比较,观察组带教老师对护生的满意度、护生对带教老师的满意度均提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在骨科实习护生临床带教中实施品管圈活动可提高学习效果,改善师生双向满意度。[ Objective]To discuss the effect of quality control circle activity in the clinical teaching for nursing students in De-partment of orthopedics. [Method]Totally 74 nursing students practiced in 2015 were recruited as the observation group and 62students practiced in 2014 were recruited as the control group. Traditional teaching method and quality control circle activitieswere implemented in the control group and the experimental group, respectively. The two groups' score, comprehensive ability(rounds of assessment, morning questions, health education and nursing writing), teacher satisfaction and student satisfactionwere compared. [ Result]The theoretical results and operation performance of the observation group were higher than that of thecontrol group. The difference was statistically significant ( P 〈 0.05). The differences before and after teaching in observationgroup's score for rounds of assessment, morning questions, health education and nursing writing were higher than that of thecontrol group. The difference was statisticatly significant ( P 〈 0.05). Compared with the control group, teachers' satisfactionwith nursing students and nursing students' satisfaction with the teachers of the observation group were improved, the differencewas statistically significant ( P 〈 0.05). E Conclusion] To implement quality control circle activity in the clinical teaching fornursing students in Department of orthopedics can improve the leaming effect and the two- way satisfaction of teachers and stu-dents.
