摘 要:目的对高校青年女教师的成人依恋和自尊、社会支持的关系进行探讨。方法采用方便取样的方法选取358名高校青年女教师,施以关系问卷(RQ)、亲密关系经历量表(ECR)、自尊量表(SES)和社会支持评定量表(SSRS)。结果 (1)358名被调查者中,有40.5%为安全型依恋类型,依恋焦虑、依恋回避得分均低于平均值4分。(2)依恋焦虑、依恋回避与自尊、社会支持及各维度得分均呈负相关,自尊与社会支持各维度均呈正相关;(3)自尊在成人依恋与社会支持间的中介效应具有统计学意义,简单中介效应的Bootstrap置信区间均小于0,依恋焦虑通过自尊影响总支持、客观支持、主观支持和支持利用度的效果量ab/c分别为47.2%、14.1%、85.2%、89.4%;依恋回避通过自尊影响总支持、客观支持、主观支持、支持利用度的效果量ab/c分别为47.1%、14.2%、73.6%、71.7%。结论自尊能部分中介高校青年女教师成人依恋与社会支持。提升依恋焦虑和依恋回避程度高的高校青年女教师的自尊,有利于其构建积极的社会支持系统。Objective The aim of this study was to study the relationships among adult attachment, self-esteem and social support. Methods A total of 358 young female university teachers were taken as subjects. The Experiences in Close Relationship Inventory (ECR), the Relationship questionnaire (RQ), the Self-esteem scale (SES) and the Social support Rating scale (SSRS) were used in this study. Results (1) The ratio of the number of young female university teachers of adult attachment styles were: safety type was 40.5%, fear type was 26.0%, focus type was 14.2, and avoidant type was 19.3%. (2) There were strong negative relations between anxious attachment and self-esteem, between anxious attachment and social support, between avoidant attachment and self-esteem, between avoidant attachment and social support. There were strong positive relations between self-esteem and social support. (3) The mediating effect of young female university teacher" self- esteem between adult attachment and social support was significantly. Bootstrap confidence interval of mediation effect was lower than 0. The effect sizes of value for anxiety attachment through self-esteem influence total support, objective support, subjective support and support utilization were respectively 47.2%, 14.1%, 85.2%, 89.4% for ab/c. The effect sizes of value for avoidant attachment through self-esteem influence objective support, subjective support and support utilization were respectively 47.1%, 14.2%, 73.6%, 71.7% for ab/c. Conclusion Self-esteem played an important role to mediate the effect of adult attachment on social support. It's helpful for the young female university teachers to build good social relationships and improve their mental health by establishing a positive self-esteem.
