摘  要:目的了解2015年昌平区副溶血性弧菌临床菌株耐药状况及分子特征。方法药敏实验按照美国临床实验室标准化协会(CLSI)推荐的K-B纸片法进行24种抗生素的敏感性分析;PFGE实验参照Pulse Net脉冲场凝胶电泳实验方法。结果药敏结果显示,副溶血性弧菌对阿米卡星和妥布霉素完全耐药,对萘替米星耐药率高达95.45%,对米诺环素和卡那霉素处于耐受和敏感之间,对氨苄西林和头孢呋新钠耐药或介于耐药和敏感之间。耐药谱分析显示,副溶血性弧菌同时耐受3~7种抗生素。PFGE分析发现,22株副溶血性弧菌有17种PFGE带型,可分为2个聚类群,血清型O3∶K6属于A群且大部分菌株对氨苄西林、头孢呋新钠耐药。结论昌平区引起腹泻的副溶血性弧菌耐受抗生素的种类多、多重耐药严重且PFGE带型呈高度多态性。Objective The objective of the study was to assess the current status of drug resistance molecular characteristics of clinical Vibrio parahemolyticus strains in Changping Districtin 2015. Methods Sensitivity analysis of 24 antibioticswas conducted by K-B strip method as recommended by the Clinical and Laboratory Standards Institute (CLSI). PFGE assay was performed based on the experimental method of PulseNet pulsed field gel electrophoresis. Results According to the susceptibility test, Vibrio parahemolyticus was completely resistant to amikacin and tobramycin, 95.45% resistant to netilmicin, was between resistant and sensitiveto minocycline and kanamycin, and was possibly between resistant and sensitiveto ampicillin and cefuroxime. Drug resistance spectral analysis showed that the V.parahemolyticus was resistant to 3 to 7 types of antibiotics. PFGE analysis showed that the 22 V. parahemolyticus strains had 17 PEGE band patterns and could be divided into 2 clusters. Serotype O3:K6 belonged to Group A and most of the strains were resistant to ampicillin andcefuroxime. Conclusion Diarrheacausing V. parahemolyticus in Changping District shows resistance to various antibiotics. Muhidrug resistance of the strains was severe, and the PFGE band patternwas highly polymorphic.
