摘  要:从原料纯度及颗粒形状、成型方法、烧结温度及烧结气氛等方面阐述了重结晶碳化硅材料的制备工艺及其特点,并与其他组成或性能相近的碳化硅材料做了对比;介绍了重结晶碳化硅材料的组成、结构与性能特点,重点介绍了重结晶碳化硅材料在高温强度、抗氧化性等方面的研究,并概述了重结晶碳化硅材料在高温窑具、柴油车尾气净化器等领域的应用情况。Preparation process and features of recrystallized SiC materials were introaucea accoralng to raw material purity, particle shape, shaping method, sintering temperature and atmosphere, which were also compared with other SiC materials of other similar compositions or properties. Composition, structure, and properties of recrystallized SiC materials were also introduced, mainly focusing on high temperature strength and oxidation resistance, Application of the materials on high temperature kiln furniture, exhaust purifier for diesel, etc. was also discussed.
