摘  要:肿瘤化疗耐药是肿瘤治疗中的一大难题,耐药机制与许多因素相关,其中肿瘤微环境是近些年的研究热点。外泌体是肿瘤微环境中细胞分泌的胞外囊泡,参与机体的生理和病理活动。许多研究表明,外泌体的分泌可以作为信号转导的媒介以改变肿瘤对化疗药物的敏感性,参与肿瘤进程。同时,对外泌体产生耐药的机制研究对于更好地认识和治疗肿瘤有所帮助。然而,目前对于肿瘤耐药与外泌体相关性的研究还处于初级阶段,许多问题尚待解答。本文对近年来肿瘤耐药与外泌体的研究进展进行综述。Tumor chemotherapy resistance is a big challenge in treatment. The resistance mechanism is related to many factors, including the tumor microenvironment. Tumor microenvironment is the research hotspot in recent years. Exosomes are extracellular vesicles, which can be secreted by most cells into the tumor microenvironment and take part in the physiological and pathological activity of organism. In recent years, more and more researches have indicated that the exosome can change tumor sensitivity to chemotherapy drugs and participate in the process of tumor as a medium for signal transduction. Meanwhile, the study on the resistance mechanism of exosome contributes to better understanding and treatment of the tumor. However, the study on correlation between chemotherapy resistance and exosome is still in the initial stage by now, and there are many questions are awaiting answers. This paper carries out a review on the progress in chemotherapy resistance and exosomes in recent years.
