摘 要:目的对一起学校食物中毒事件进行现场流行病学调查。方法按照WS 271—2007《感染性腹泻诊断标准》、WS 287—2008《细菌性和阿米巴性痢疾诊断标准》方法进行致病菌检测,采用脉冲场凝胶电泳分析技术(PFGE)对分离的10株宋内志贺菌进行同源性分析。结果 9份肛拭子样本及1份井水样本分离到10株宋内志贺菌,在XLD、MAC、EMB平板上均有无色或粉红色、半透明、中等大小光滑可疑菌落,挑取可疑菌落进行生化鉴定,鉴定为志贺菌。血清凝集结果均为志贺菌4种多价诊断血清凝集、宋内1相诊断血清凝集。10株宋内志贺菌API20E鉴定符合率均为99.1%。对10株宋内志贺菌进行脉冲场同源性分析,显示其高度同源。结论这是一起由宋内志贺菌污染水体引起的感染性腹泻疫情。Objective To carry out a field epidemiological investigation into a school food poisoning incident. Methods Pathogenic bacterium was detected according to Infectious Diarrheal Diagnosis Standard WS271- 2008 and Amoebic Dysentery Diagnosis Standard WS287- 2008. 10 strains of Shigella sonnei were conducted for homologic analysis with pulsed field gel electrophoresis( PFGE). Results Shigella sonnei were isolated from 9 anal swabs and 1 sample of well water. Colorless or pink,translucent,medium size smooth suspected colonies were detected in XLD,MAC,EMB plates,which were conducted for biochemical identification,verifying that they were Shigella sonnei. The results of serum agglutination showed 4 multivalent serum agglutinations of Shigella sonnei and 1 phase diagnostic serum agglutination. The API20 E identification coincidence rate of 10 strains of Shigella sonnei was 99. 1%. Homology analysis of the 10 strains showed high homology with Shigella sonnei. Conclusion This is an infectious diarrhea epidemic case caused by Shigella sonnei for water contamination.
