摘  要:目的 :研究以胜任力为导向的护理床旁教学模式在护理学生见习教学中的应用与效果。方法 :选取2013级60名护理本科学生为研究对象,对照组29名护生采用传统床旁教学,实验组31名护生采用以胜任力为导向的护理床旁教学模式,见习结束后测评两组护生床旁教学效果。结果 :实验组护生对床旁教学过程及效果评价各条目得分高于对照组,其中教学中学生主体作用的发挥,见习后总结、反馈,对患者尊重、关怀,护理评估水平,健康促进能力,分析、解决问题能力,团队合作意识条目差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组护生见习报告成绩、案例分析成绩高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 :以胜任力为导向的护理床旁教学模式有助于提高临床教学效果,培养学生的护理职业胜任力,为未来的临床工作奠定基础。Objective: To explore the effects of bedside teaching based on nursing competency in clinical teaching. Methods: Totally 60 undergraduate nursing students were recruited in the study, 29 students were in the control group which implemented traditional bedside teaching, while 31 students were in the experimental group which implemented bedside teaching based on nursing competency. To compare the bedside teaching effects of two groups at the end of practice. Results: Most items of questionnaire about bedside teaching process and effect in the experimental group were significantly better than that in the control group (P〈0.05). The scores of learning report and case analysis test in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P〈0.05). Conclusions: The model of bedside teaching based on nursing competency conduce to improve the effects of clinical teaching and assist nursing students to acquire key clinical competence. It makes foundation for future clinical work.
