摘　　要：高校护理师资队伍建设关乎护理事业未来的发展,本文总结了美国高校护理师资队伍建设的现状、困境及对策,并归纳其特点,以期为我国护理师资队伍建设提供参考。The development of nursing science relies on the quality of nursing faculty. This article provides an overview of the construction of nursing faculty in American universities. By delineating the current structure, explaining the issues and summarizing the corresponding strategies, it is expected to improve the nursing faculty construction in China.
