摘 要:目的了解和筛查北京市怀柔区某学校小学生的活动能力、社交能力、学校情况及行为问题的现状。方法采用Achenbach儿童行为量表对怀柔区某小学1 614名6~11岁儿童进行调查,并对结果进行分析。结果男孩活动能力、社交能力、学习能力得分均低于女孩得分(t值分别为6.514、4.287、3.831,均P<0.05)。儿童行为问题检出率为9.33%。男孩行为问题总发生率占10.97%,高于女孩的总发生率7.64%,二者比较差异存在统计学意义(χ2=4.540,P=0.033<0.05)。有行为问题儿童的社交能力及学习能力得分均低于无行为问题的儿童,差异均有统计学意义(t值分别为4.593、5.386,均P<0.05)。结论儿童行为问题可能影响其社会能力的发展,应重视关键期儿童心理健康。Objective To understand and investigate the status of activity,social ability,studying in school and behavior problems of children in a primary school in Huairou District. Methods The Achenbach's Child Behavior Checklist( CBCL) was used to investigate the social ability and behavior problems of children aged 6- 11 years old,and the results were analyzed. Results Scores in activity,social ability and school studying were lower in boys than in girls( t value was 6. 514,4. 287 and 3. 831,respectively,all P〈0. 05). The detection rate of children's behavior problems was 9. 33%. Total incidence of behavior problems in boys was 10. 97%,and that in girls was 7. 64%. The difference was statistically significant( χ2= 4. 540,P = 0. 033 0. 05). The scores of social ability and studying in children with behavior problems were lower than those without behavior problems,and the difference was significant( t value was 4. 593 and 5. 386,respectively,both P〈0. 05). Conclusion The behavior problems of children may affect the development of their social ability. We should pay attention on the development of children's psychological health.
