基于mTOR通路探讨扶正抑瘤法治疗晚期前列腺癌的干预策略

摘　　要：前列腺癌在我国发病率很高,但50%~80%以上的前列腺癌患者就诊时往往已到晚期,失去了手术根治时机。目前多西紫杉醇是晚期前列腺癌标准一线化疗方案,但副作用大。针对前列腺癌的治疗难点,近年来,我们临床应用中医扶正抑瘤法治疗晚期前列腺癌,在延长晚期前列腺癌患者生存期、延缓病情进展、减少副作用等方面,取得较好的临床疗效,初步显示出中医药治疗前列腺癌的良好前景。该研究立足于信号转导通路,初步探讨中医扶正抑瘤法对前列腺癌细胞凋亡调控作用,为前列腺癌的诊断和治疗探讨新的理论基础和实验依据。At present,Docetaxel is the standard first-line chemotherapy for advanced prostate cancer,but its side effect is greater. For the difficult point of treatment of prostate cancer and based on the signaling transduction pathway,we think that Fuzheng Yiliu method has the regulatory control effect on apoptosis of prostate cancer cells.In clinical application,TCM Fuzheng Yiliu method for treating advanced prostate cancer can achieve better clinical effect on prolonging the survival time of patients with advanced prostate cancer,delaying the disease progression and reducing the side-effect,etc. which provides a new therapy for treating prostate cancer with traditional Chinese medicine.
