摘　　要：铝合金轮毂因其强度高、质量轻、价格合理、成型度好和回收率高等优点,在汽车工业得到了广泛的应用。随着社会经济的发展,人们对汽车节能降耗的需求越来越高,汽车轻量化成为现代汽车发展的必然趋势。对新型铝合金轮毂制造工艺及特点的探究对汽车工业发展具有重大的现实意义。Aluminum alloy wheels have been widely used in the automotive industry because of their high strength, light weight, reasonable price, good formability and high recovery rate. With the development of society and economy, people＇s demand for automobile energy-saving is getting higher and higher. The light weight of automobile becomes the inevitable trend of modern automobile development. The research on the manufacturing technology and characteristics of the new aluminum alloy wheel has great practical significance to the development of the automobile industry.
