外阴疾病中RhoA的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的探讨外阴疾病中Rho A的表达情况,分析其与外阴疾病发生发展的关系。方法采用免疫组化方法检测Rho A在外阴硬化性苔藓及外阴鳞状细胞癌中的表达,并收集外阴鳞状细胞癌患者的临床病理资料进行分析。结果 Rho A在外阴硬化性苔藓中的表达为(44.07±1.45),显著高于其在外阴正常皮肤中的表达(31.22±2.46)(P<0.05)。在外阴鳞状细胞癌中的表达为(77.22±3.08),显著高于其在外阴硬化性苔藓与外阴正常皮肤中的表达(P<0.05)。Rho A在Ⅰ~Ⅱ期外阴磷状细胞癌中表达为(71.83±4.31),Ⅲ~Ⅳ期为(82.05±1.32),比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);在不同病理分级中表达为:高分化(71.22±2.89),中低分化(75.05±2.78),比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);在有淋巴结转移中为(78.21±1.71),明显高于无淋巴结转移的(63.31±2.51)(P<0.05);Rho A的表达与年龄及细胞分化无关。结论 Rho A的表达与外阴磷状细胞癌及外阴硬化性苔癣的发生、发展有关。Objective To investigate expression of Rho A in vulvar disease, and to analyze its relationship with occurrence and development of vulvar disease. Methods Immunohistochemistry method was applied to detected expression of Rho A in lichen sclerosus of vulva and vulvar squamous cell carcinoma. Clinical and pathological data of vulvar squamous cell carcinoma patients were collected for analysis. Results Expression of Rho A in lichen sclerosus of vulva was obviously higher as（44.07±1.45） than（31.22±2.46） in normal vulvar skin（P〈0.05）. Expression of Rho A in vulvar squamous cell carcinoma was much higher as（77.22±3.08） than those in lichen sclerosus of vulva and normal vulvar skin（P〉0.05）. Expression of Rho A was（71.83±4.31） in stage Ⅰ - Ⅱ vulvar squamous cell carcinoma and（82.05±1.32） in stage Ⅲ - Ⅳ, and the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Expression in different pathological classification was（71.22±2.89） in high differentiation and（75.05±2.78） in low differentiation. There was no statistically significant difference between high differentiation and low differentiation（P〈0.05）. Expression in lymphatic metastasis was obviously higher as（78.21±1.71） than（63.31±2.51） in non-lymphatic metastasis（P〈0.05）. Expression of Rho A was not ralted with age and cell differentiation. Conclusion Expression of Rho A is related with occurrence and development of vulvar squamous cell carcinoma and lichen sclerosus of vulva.
