射频刀治疗倒睫及双行睫的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨应用射频刀治疗倒睫及双行睫的手术效果。方法回顾性分析16例(21眼)倒睫及双行睫患者应用射频刀治疗的临床资料。结果 16例(21眼)患者,21眼倒睫及双行睫彻底消除,眼睑外形完整,无肉芽组织形成,无眼睑位置改变,角膜及结膜刺激症状均有好转,有效率为100.00%。结论应用射频刀治疗倒睫及双行睫效果好,精细准确,微创安全。Objective To explore therapeutic effect of radiofrequency coblation in treating trichiasis and distichiasis. Methods Retrospectively analyze clinical data of 16 trichiasis and distichiasis patients（21 eyes） treated by radiofrequency coblation. Results Among 16 cases（21 eyes）, there were 21 trichiasis and distichiasis eyes had radical remove, with complete eyelid shape and without granulation tissue formation and eyelid position change, and corneal and conjunctival irritative symptoms disappeared, with effective rate as 100.00%. Conclusion Radiofrequency coblation shows prefect effect in treating trichiasis and distichiasis with elaboration, accuracy, minimal invasion and security.
