摘  要:针对某特种车辆在共振频率75,100,125,150Hz下振动响应偏大的情况,采用Lanczos模态法对原始模型进行频响分析.采取断开式运输底盘、电子舱底部加装减振器,以及电子舱舱壁骨架结构设计等措施优化其结构,对各测点加速度响应进行有效值谱换算,以评估其振动响应.优化后的模型电子舱底板及各舱壁的振动均比原模型降低了约80%,同时满足电子舱底板振动应小于0.2m/s2的设计要求,提高了该车辆的舒适性.According to the problem that the vibration responses of special vehicle are a little larger under the resonance frequency of 75,100,125 and 150Hz,the Lanczos modal method is used to analyze the frequency response of the original model.Measures that using breakaway chassis,adding vibration isolators on the bottom of electronic cabin and adding aluminum frame in the electronic cabin are taken to optimize the special vehicle structure,RMS spectrum conversion of acceleration response at each measuring point is used to evaluate the vibration response.The vibration of the bottom of electronic cabin and other cabin wall decrease almost 80% after optimization,and the design requirement that the acceleration of the electronic cabin bottom should be less than 0.2m/s^2 is satisfied.Besides,the comfort of the vehicle has been improved.
