摘　　要：《庄子》以阴阳喻万物,以恬淡无为蓄养人生,故蕴含了天人合一、静以疗疾的思想,其中不乏一些医学语词的记载,如表示病之总名的"疾""病"等,表示病名、病证的"龟手""漂疽""溲膏"等,表示病因病机的"阴阳不和""内热"等,在一定程度上为我们展现了当时医学发展的历史风貌。整理考释这些医学语词,对于深入开展先秦医学史研究具有重要的价值和意义。The book of Zhuang Zi demonstrates that the Yin-yang theory is used to explain the nature and the thoughts of being indifferent to fame or gain and doing nothing are guided to preserve health. In addition, there are the thoughts of oneness of man and nature and treating diseases by tranquilizing mind in the book. Also some medical words have been recorded. For example, applying ＂disease＂ and ＂illness＂ to express the generic name of pathological changes, using ＂Jun Shou （cleft hands）＂ ,＂ Piao Ju （panaris）＂ and ＂ Sou Gao （chyluria）＂ to express the disease＇ s names as well as the disease＇s syndromes and putting ＂the imbalance between Yin and Yang＂ and ＂internal thermal＂ into use to express the etiology and pathogenesis. To some extent, those medical words show the historic looking of medical development at that time. And there is a great value and significance for deeply researching the medical history during the pre-Qin period by systemizing and interpreting the medical words in the book.
