摘  要:为提高枯萎病生防菌地衣芽胞杆菌FJAT-4的固态发酵水平,以农业副产物——微生物发酵床养猪垫料为主要培养基成分,以活菌体数量为指标,通过单因子试验对菌株FJAT-4的最适发酵培养基成分及发酵条件进行优化。结果表明,菌株FJAT-4最适发酵培养基配方为垫料:麸皮(质量比)=7:3、K_2HPO_40.05%、MgSO_4 0.025%;最佳发酵培养条件为温度35℃,相对湿度45%,通气量75%,发酵周期40 h。在最佳发酵培养基和发酵条件下,菌株FJAT-4固态发酵物干重活菌体数可达2.63×10~9 cfu/g。Bacillus licheniformis FJAT-4 is a biocontrol strain against Fusarium oxysporum. In order to improve the solid-fermentation level of the FJAT-4, the fermentation culture media and culture conditions were optimized by using single factor analysis. The medium was mainly the litters from microbial fermentation bed for pig-raising, and the bacterial yield was used as the indicator in all tests. The results showed that optimal fermentation medium formula for FJAT-4 was a mass ratio of7:3 for litters and wheat bran with 0.05% K2HPO4 and 0.025% MgSO4. The optimal fermentation conditions were temperature 35 ℃, relative moisture 45%, ventilation 75% and fermentation time for 40 hours. The average bacterial yield of FJAT-4 could reach up to 2.63 × 10^9 cfu/g under the optimal condition.
