奥卡西平与卡马西平对成人部分性癫痫患者睡眠结构和睡眠呼吸事件的影响

摘　　要：目的：探讨奥卡西平（OXC）与卡马西平（CBZ）对成人部分性癫痫患者睡眠结构和呼吸事件的影响。方法：对单用OXC的成人癫痫患者26例进行多项睡眠图（PSG）检查，同步行长程视频脑电图（V-EEG）检查，与单用CBZ的患者进行比较，并与健康对照组比较，分析各组睡眠结构和呼吸事件改变情况。结果：单用OXC的患者与健康对照组相比，表现为REM潜伏期增加，REM期减少，NREM工期睡眠增加，NREMⅡ期睡眠减少，睡眠效率降低，NREMⅢ-Ⅳ期睡眠增加，周期性腿动指数增加。与单用CBZ组相比，两者无显著差异。结论：单用OXC的成人癫痫患者存在睡眠结构紊乱，其对睡眠结构和睡眠呼吸事件的影响与CBZ相仿，对癫痫患者的睡眠影响相对有利。Objective：To observe the effect of oxcarbazepine and carbamazepine on sleep structure and sleep apnea events in patients with epilepsy. Methods： Twenty-six patients with epilepsy who took oxcarbazepine underwent examinations of video-polysomnogragphy （PSG） and long-term video EEG （V- EEG）. The changes of sleep structure and sleep apnea events were analyzed and compared with those in patients who took carbamazepine and those in the healthy controls. Results：Compared with the healthy controls, the oxearbazepine group was found to have longer rapid eye movement（REM） in sleep latency, shorter REM stage, higher percentage of non-rapid eye movement I （NREM I ） and NREM Ill -- IV, lower percentage of NREM II ,lower sleep emciency. Meanwhile, the periodic limb movement（PLM） in- dex increased. There was no significant difference between the oxcarbazepine group and the carbamaz- epine group. Conclusion： Oxcarbazepine can alter sleep structure of adult patients with epilepsy. The effect is desirable and similar to carbamazepine on sleep structure and sleep apnea events.
