摘　　要：南冲隧道团山1号断层为全新世活动断层,断层带以断层角砾为主,隧道施工过程中发生了地表塌陷和洞内涌泥灾害。文章详细阐述了地表塌陷和洞内涌泥灾害发生过程并提出了针对性的整治措施。包括:对地表陷坑进行反压回填,洞内分阶段清淤以及利用硫铝酸盐水泥单液浆对涌泥体进行注浆加固。这些措施达到了良好的整治效果,可为今后隧道涌泥体的处理提供参考。The Tuanshan No.1 fault of the Nanchong tunnel, which is mainly made up of fault rabble, is an active holocene fault. During tunnel construction, serious surface subsidence and mud burst happened. This paper intro- duces the whole event process and presents corresponding measures in detail, such as backfilling at surface col- lapsed cavity, phased sludge cleaning inside the tunnel, and grouting consolidation with sulphate aluminium cement.
