摘　　要：目的探讨应用甲磺酸阿帕替尼治疗转移性胃癌患者不良反应的护理方法。方法回顾性分析并总结2014年10月至2016年5月解放军第81医院肿瘤内二科收治的应用甲磺酸阿帕替尼治疗转移性胃癌患者20例的临床资料。结果20例患者在应用甲磺酸阿帕替尼治疗的过程中,发生的不良反应主要包括血压升高8例、蛋白尿5例、胃肠道反应5例、骨髓抑制5例、手足综合征2例、口腔溃疡4例、出血1例等,经积极处理,不良反应均有所缓解并顺利完成治疗。结论精心、全面的护理有利于提高转移性胃癌患者的治疗效果,促进其尽快康复。Objective To discuss the nursing methods of adverse reaction on metastatic gastric cancer patients with the application of Mesylate Apatinib.Methods Clinical data of 20 cases were analyzed retrospectively.Results The common adverse reactions relating to Mesylate Apatinib among 20 cases included 8 cases with hypertension,5 cases with proteinuria,5 cases with gastrointestinal reactions, 5 cases with bone marrow suppression,2 cases with hand and foot syndrome,4 cases with oral ulcer and 1 case with hemorrhage.All adverse reaction were relieved after proper nursing and successfully finished the treatment.Conclusions The careful and comprehensive nursing care can help to improve the treatment effect, and promote early recovery of patients.
