抑郁性失眠与原发性失眠患者多导睡眠图特征比较的研究

摘　　要：目的研究抑郁性失眠与原发性失眠患者多导睡眠图的差异。方法本研究纳入抑郁障碍合并失眠者52例作为研究组,原发性失眠患者38例为对照组,分析两组患者首夜睡眠多导图(Polysomnography,PSG)临床常用指标的差异。结果 (1)抑郁性失眠睡眠潜伏期为(35.93±10.69)min,原发性失眠睡眠潜伏期为(64.74±19.65)min,两者有显著性差异(P<0.01)。(2)睡眠结构方面,两组受试者各项指标均未见显著差异(P>0.05)。(3)研究组快动眼睡眠潜伏期为(83.23±18.64)min,对照组快动眼睡眠潜伏期为(188.71±49.44)min,差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论抑郁性失眠患者与原发性失眠患者多导睡眠图指标有差异,多导睡眠图可以作为两种失眠鉴别的辅助手段。Objective To study the difference of polysomnography in the patients with depressive insomnia and primary insomnia. Methods 52 patients with depressive disorder complicated with insomnia who were included in this study were selected as research group, and 38 patients with primary insomnia were selected as the control group. The differences of common clinical indicators of polysomnography（PSG） in.the first night were analyzed in the two groups. Results ①The sleep latency of depressive insomnia was（35.93±10.69）min, and the latency of primary insomnia was（64.74± 19.65）rain. There was significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.01）. ②There were no significant differences in all the indicators of the sleep structure between the two groups（P〉0.05）. ③The sleep latency of rapid eye movement was （83.23±18.64）min in research group, and the sleep latency of rapid eye movement in control group was （188.71± 49.44）min. The difference was significantly different （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Polysomnographic indicators of the patients with depressive insomnia and the patients with primary insomnia are different. Polysomnography can be used as an adjuvant approach of identification of both types of insomnia.
