旅游管理本科应用型人才专业能力培养探索——以合肥学院旅游系为例

摘　　要：随着社会对旅游管理本科应用型人才需求的扩大,对其专业能力的要求也越来越高。通过解析旅游管理本科应用型人才专业能力的构成,探索旅游管理本科应用型人才专业能力的培养途径和评价体系,合肥学院在旅游管理本科应用型人才专业能力的培养方面提供了较好的经验和借鉴。With the increasing demand for applied tourism management undergraduates, the requirement of their professional abilities has been increasing as well. By analyzing the composition of profes- sional abilities for applied tourism management undergraduates, this paper explores the cultivation and evaluation of professional abilities for them. Hefei University provides a good example for such an issue.
