摘  要:湿法脱硫系统能有效脱除烟气中的Hg^(2+),但汞的再释放问题严重。用石油硫醚处理烟气能有效避免汞的再释放。文中以高硫原油为原料制备了石油硫醚,并用红外光谱分析对其进行结构表征,同时用非水电位滴定法测定该石油硫醚的硫醚硫含量为0.104g/g。分别测试了石油硫醚对燃煤烟气及脱硫废水的脱汞效果。测试结果表明:石油硫醚对燃煤烟气及脱硫废水具有良好的脱汞效果,且不会带来汞的再释放;石油硫醚脱除Hg^(2+)的过程为放热过程,在60℃下具有良好的脱汞效果。石油硫醚对烟气中Hg^(2+)的吸附行为遵从HO准二级吸附动力学模型,且化学吸附是决定该吸附速度的决定性步骤。用6M HCl对捕捉了Hg^(2+)的石油硫醚进行再生处理,所获得的石油硫醚再生率高达89.6%。Petroleum thioether was introduced to remove oxidized mercury(Hg^2+) from flue gas to avoid mercury reemission brought by the wet flue gas desulphurization(WFGD) system. Petroleum thioether was prepared with high-sulfur crude oil as raw materials and characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. The thioether group content was detected to be 0.104 g/g. Hg^2+ removal performance by petroleum thioether was also investigated in simulated flue gas contained Hg^2+ and desulfurization effluent. It was found that petroleum thioether possessed excellent Hg^2+ removal efficiency both in flue gas and desulfurization effluent without threat of mercury reemission, and the capture process of Hg^2+ by petroleum thioether was exothermic and went on smoothly below 60℃. The absorption behavior of Hg^2+ in flue gas by petroleum thioether confirmed well to Pseudo-second order model, and the chemisorption was the rate-limiting step to the absorption process. Petroleum thioether captured Hg^2+ was regenerated successfully by 6 M HCl and its regeneration rate reached up to 89.6%.
