摘　　要：多肽组学是蛋白质组学的一个分支,近年来受到了越来越多的关注.多肽组学逐渐成为各领域研究的热点,如炎症疾病,心血管疾病等.已有越来越多的多肽被作为药物应用于临床,因此多肽将在心脏疾病的防治中具有广阔的前景.本研究对近几年来多肽组学主要的研究方法及多肽在心脏领域内的最新进展进行综述.Peptidomics is a branch of proteomics,which has received more and more attention in recent years. Peptidomics has become a hot topic in various fields,such as inflammatory diseases,cardiovascular diseases and so on. More and more polypeptides have been used as drugs in clinical practice,so polypeptides have broad prospects in the prevention and treatment of heart diseases.In this study,the main research methods of peptidomics in recent years and the latest progress of polypeptides in the field of heart were reviewed.
