摘  要:基于UG、3ds Max、Unity 3D软件技术,提出构建冲模模具拆装虚拟仿真实验教学系统开发的方法及关键技术,并运用于实际教学中。与传统的模具拆装实验教学相比,模具装配虚拟仿真实验教学系统具有良好的实时性、交互性和开放性的优点,能够弥补传统模具拆装实验教学受场地、时间、模型简化程度、模具种类等的限制,模具模型的管理和维护困难的缺点,为开放性实验教学的开展提供了有力的支持。Based on UG, 3ds Max and Unity 3D software technology, the method and keytechnology of the virtual simulation experiment teaching system development for stampingdie assembly were constructed and applied in the practical teaching. Comparing with thetraditional die assembly experiment teaching, it had advantages of good real-time, interactivi-ty and openness, which could make up for the linu'tation of traditional experimental teach-ing due to the site, the time, simplification of models, kinds of die, also solve the difficul-ties of die model management and maintenance. It provided strong support for the develop-ment of opening experiment teaching.
