摘　　要：Lin28在结构上是一种高度保守的RNA结合蛋白,其在胚胎干细胞内大量表达,可以促进细胞快速增殖。同时Lin28在多种肿瘤组织或肿瘤细胞系中高表达,可以促进肿瘤细胞的增殖、肿瘤细胞的转移以及肿瘤细胞的耐药,与患者的预后不良有关。在机体内,Lin28的异常表达常常反映了机体的异常状态,包括炎症或肿瘤的发生。目前阐明细胞癌变机制、演进与预防治疗方向是研究的热点,而Lin28将成为新的分子指标。Lin28 is a highly conserved RNA binding protein structure. It can promote the rapid growth of embryonic stem cells and more expression in stem cells. It plays an important role in the growth and development of the body, such as the development of tumors. Lin28 is highly expressed in a variety of tumor tissues or tumor cell lines, which can promote the proliferation of tumor cells and tumor metastasis, which is gssoeiated with poor prognosis of patients. In the body, the abnormal expression of Lin28 often reflects the abnormal state of the body including inflammation or tumor. Now the direction to clarify cell eaneeration and evolution mechanism and prevention treatment is a hotspot of research. Lin28 will become the new molecular marker.
