不同学历层次的护士学生实习前心理弹性分析

摘　　要：目的了解不同学历层次的护士学生(简称护生)临床实习前心理弹性状况。方法采用一般资料问卷和中文版Connor-Davidson心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)对497名不同学历层次的护生在临床实习前进行问卷调查。结果护生的心理弹性总分为(59.67±11.63)分,处于中等水平;护生的心理弹性在不同性别、不同年龄段、不同学历层次方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。其中年龄在20~25岁的护生心理弹性高于16~19岁的护生;男护生心理弹性高于女护生;学历层次高的护生心理弹性优于学历层次低的。结论护生心理弹性总体处于中等水平,不同特征的护生心理弹性水平不同。因此,临床实践教学应重视培养护生个体心理弹性素质,根据不同特征的护生有针对性地开展心理弹性训练,提高护生的心理健康水平。Objective To learn about the status of resilience of probationer nurses with different educational back- grounds before their clinical practice. Methods CD - RISC Resilience Scale and common data questionnaire were filled out by 497 probationer nurses before their clinical practice. Results The overall resilience of proba- tioner nurses was at the middle level （ 59.67 ± 11.63 ）. The differences in resilience scores with respect to gender, age, education degree were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 for all）. Among them, the resilience of probationer nurses aged 20 -25 years was higher than that of nurses aged 16 - 19 years old, the resilience of male probationer nurses was higher than these of female probationer nurses, and the resilience of probationer nurses with higher education degree was better than that of nurses with lower education degree. Conclusion The resilience of probationer nurses is at the middle level; in order to improve their resilience, the clinical practice teaching should pay attention to cultivation of individual resilience depending on their different characteristics during the psychological flexibility training.
