摘  要:利用增压柴油机外特性试验数据,将用于计算增压燃气发动机进气流量的经验公式系数进行重新标定,建立增压柴油机进气流量估算模型。通过ESC和ETC试验分别进行增压柴油机稳态工况与动态工况模型预测流量与实测流量的对比验证。结果表明,稳态工况时,模型中两拟合公式结合使用,相对误差在(-10%,+10%)范围内;瞬态工况时,模型预测流量相对于试验流量的跟随性都较好,在瞬态小流量工况时选用一次拟合关系式计算效果更好。With the full load test data of the turbocharged diesel engine,coefficients of empirical formulas applied to calculate air intake flow of turbocharged gas engine were re- calibrated to construct the diesel engine air intake flow estimation model.And ESC steady state tests and ETC transient tests were conducted respectively,then simulation results were compared with the test results.The results showed that under steady state condition,the relative error was in the range of(- 10%,+ 10%) by jointly use of the two fitting formulas.Under transient condition,the following performances of simulation results are good,and the one order fitting formula is better for small air intake flow calculation.
