大学生完美主义与压力知觉的关系

摘　　要：为了探讨大学生完美主义与压力知觉的关系,本研究采用中文Frost多维度完美主义量表、压力知觉量表对220名大学生进行测试,结果发现:(1)在人口变量学上,大学生完美主义部分维度在性别、年级上存在显著差异,大学生压力知觉各维度在性别、年级上基本不存在显著差异。(2)大学生完美主义与压力知觉间存在显著相关,积极完美主义与压力知觉呈显著负相关,消极完美主义与压力知觉呈显著正相关。(3)大学生完美主义对压力知觉具有显著的预测作用,积极完美主义对压力知觉具有负向显著的预测作用,消极完美主义对压力知觉具有正向显著的预测作用。To explore the relationship between perfectionism and perceived stress in college students, the research adopts Chinese Frost Multidimensional Perfectionism Scale （CFMPS） and Chinese Perceived Stress Scale （CPSS） as the measuring tools to test 220 college students, developed the following results： （1） In demographic variables, some dimensions of perfectionism shows significant difference in gender. grade ,the perceived stress of college students mostly shows no significant difference in gender.grade. （2） Perfectionism and perceived stress correlation is significant. Positive perfectionism negatively correlates with perceived stress and negative perfectionism positively correlates with perceived stress. （3） College students perfectionism can significantly predict perceived stress, positive perfectionism negatively predict perceived stress and negative perfectionism positively predict perceived stress.
