摘  要:以南瓜、蒲瓜和葫芦一共10个品种作为砧木,三水黑皮冬瓜作为接穗,进行嫁接。观察测定嫁接成活率、产量、营养品质及商品性状。结果表明,南瓜砧木与黑皮冬瓜嫁接后愈合快、成活率高;京欣砧三号、强势和DZ-01冬瓜砧嫁接三水黑皮冬瓜后的产量均得到10%的提高,增产表现稳定;嫁接影响冬瓜的营养品质,使冬瓜的维生素C增加,但蛋白质和总酸的含量变化不明显;用不同砧木嫁接冬瓜后其商品性状不一,大部分砧木嫁接黑皮冬瓜后其瓜长都有所增加,而横径和肉厚变化不明显。以DZ-01冬瓜砧、京欣砧三号和强势作为三水黑皮冬瓜的嫁接砧木,能增产10%以上,商品性状得到明显改善,商品品质差异不显著,推广应用性强。This paper use pumpkins, pugua and bottle gourd, a total of 10 varieties as the stock grafting Sanshui's black wax gourd. Measuring grafting survival rate, yield, nutritional quality and commodity characters, the results show that pumpkin root stock grafting black wax gourd with rapid healing and high survival rate; Jingxinzhen3, Qiangshi and DZ-01DongguaZhen as Sanshui's black was gourd's stocks can increase more than 10% in output; Grafting effect of wax gourd nutritional quality, increase the vitamin C of wax gourd, but the content of protein and total acid change is not obvious; different stock grafting wax gourd have different characters, most of stock grafting black wax gourd can increase the total fruit length, but transverse diameter and the meat thick does not change too much. DZ-01 Dongguazhen, Jingxinzhen3 and Qiangshi as sanshui’s black wax gourd’s stocks can increase more than 10% in output, improve commodity character of black wax gourd, and have no bad influence on black wax gourd ’ s quality. Thus, it is worth to spread and apply.
