摘  要:玉米皮是玉米加工过程中的主要副产品,其营养价值丰富,可作为缓和资源短缺和降低工业成本的优质饲料来源,但目前各玉米淀粉厂对其的综合利用不够完全,导致部分资源浪费。本文采用饲料国标测定法对玉米皮中纤维素类等有效成分进行测定,并以玉米皮为原材料,采用毕赤酵母菌2.3250发酵的方法降解玉米皮中的纤维素类物质,使其充分转化为高附加值的饲料蛋白。结果表明:玉米皮中的纤维素和半纤维素含量分别为16.40%和47.68%,蛋白质含量为11.49%,淀粉含量为15.50%,脂肪含量为2.73%,木质素含量为5.41%。另外,利用毕赤酵母菌转化玉米皮时,在无蛋白胨添加的情况下,25℃恒温培养48h,毕赤酵母菌浓度最高,为2.31×107个/m L。经过微生物发酵,玉米皮中纤维素含量由16.40%降到6.22%,半纤维素含量由47.68%降到33.45%。该研究对玉米皮的重要组分进行了系统分析,为利用酵母菌发酵玉米皮生产高附加值的菌体蛋白饲料等后续研究奠定了基础。Corn bran is the main by-product of the corn,which riches in nutritional value.As a high quality source of feed,corn bran can ease the shortage of feed resource and reduce the cost of feed industry.However the comprehensive utilization of the corn starch plant is completely inadequate,resulting in part of the waste of resources.This paper aims to determinate the effective components of corn husk cellulose by the feed national standard method,and taking maize peel as raw material,degrade corn husk cellulose material to make it fully into high value-added feed protein using Pichia pastoris2.3250 fermentation method.The experimental results showed that the contents of cellulose and hemicellulose in corn bran were 16.40% and 47.68% respectively,and the protein content was 11.49%,the starch content was 15.50%,the fat content was 2.73% and the lignin content was 5.41%.When using the Pichia pastoris transformed corn skin components,in the absence of peptone added,culture for 48 h in the temperature was 25 ℃,microbial feed protein concentration is the highest,and the yeast cell number was 2.31 ×107/m L,the content of cellulose decreased from 16.40% to 6.22%,the hemicellulose content decreased from 47.68% to 33.45%.The study systematic analysis the important components of corn,and laid the foundation for the further research on the production of high added value of bacterial protein feed by using yeast fermentation.
