摘　　要：为使地方院校培养的应用型人才能够适应地方经济建设发展的需要,吉林化工学院对人才培养模式进行探索与实践。学校科学定位人才培养目标;通过调整专业结构、校企联合制定人才培养方案、构建课程体系、加强大学生实践基地的建设、深化教育教学改革、完善人才培养质量监控体系构建适应地方经济发展的人才培养模式。Jilin Inst itute of Chemical Technology explores the training modes in other universities in order to provide the application-oriented talents to meet the needs of local economic construction and development.The school positions its personnel training objectives scientifically and establishes its talents training mode to meet the need of economic development by adjusting the specialty setting, making school-enterprise joint development program,construct ing curriculum system,strengthening the construction of college students, prac-tice base, deepening the reform of education and teaching, improving the quality of monitoring system of person-nel training.
