摘 要:"拔尖计划"从最早被提出到实施已经走过了七个年头,如何评价"拔尖计划"的实施结果,如何站在新的起点让拔尖人才的培养更上一个台阶是所有高校教育工作者面对的问题。文章立足南京大学对拔尖学生的培养计划,以物理学院为例对南京大学物理拔尖人才的培养进行了介绍。通过对学生的跟踪研究,发现并总结出"拔尖计划"在培养拔尖人才中存在的问题与改进的建议。同时,文章从个人、学校、社会三个层面对"拔尖计划"人才的评价进行了问卷调查与分析,对"拔尖计划"阶段性的总结以及今后"拔尖计划"的实施和改进提供了有益的借鉴。From the earliest proposal of " Top Plan" to implementation, it has undergone for seven years. How to evaluate the implementation of the " top plan" result, and how to stand at a new starting point for the cultivation of the talents in a higher level are the facing probles for all the educational workers in uni-versities. Based on the cultivation of top students plan, the paper takes the " Top Plan" talents cultivation of School of Physics in Nanjing University as an example. Through the studentsy tracking research, it has found and summed up the top program in fostering the talents cultivation of existing problems and give some sugges-tions to impove the situation. At the same time, the paper does a questionnaire investigation and analysis to as-sess the " Top Plan" talents from the aspects of the individual, school, society, and makes a the summary for the " Top Plan" phasesvresult, which can provides some beneficial references for the implementation and improvement of the " Top Plan" in the future.
