摘　　要：偿债能力是衡量一个企业未来发展能力的重要关键指标之一,是企业健康发展的必要前提。随着我国社会主义市场经济的不断发展,企业内外部环境日趋复杂化,偿债能力的提高对于企业的发展必不可少。文章通过对天津泰达股份有限公司的长期偿债能力进行分析,结合偿债能力指标以及同行业的对比分析,指出泰达股份偿债能力中存在的问题,以制定相应的解决方案,提高公司的偿债能力。Solvency is one of the important indicators to measure the future development ability of an enterprise,and is a nec-essary prerequisite for the healthy development of an enterprise.With the continuous development of China＇s socialist market e- conomy,the internal and external environment of enterprises become increasingly complex and solvency improvement is essential for enterprise development.Through the analysis of long-term solvency of Tianjin TEDA Co.,Ltd.,combing analysis of solvency in-dicators and comparison with the industry,the paper points out the existing problems in the solvency of TEDA to develop appro-priate solutions and improve the company＇s solvency.
