摘　　要：财务报表分析,是通过收集、整理企业财务会计报告中的有关数据,并结合其他有关补充信息,对企业的财务状况、经营成果和现金流量情况进行综合比较和评价,为财务会计报告使用者提供管理决策和控制依据的一项管理工作。文章以上海汽车集团股份有限公司财务报表为研究对象,通过分析发现该公司在日常经营中存在的问题,并为公司的发展提出可行性的建议,从而为企业的发展起到一定的辅助作用。Analysis of the financial statements refers to the comparison and evaluation of the enterprise＇s financial position, operating results and cash flow through collecting and collating relevant data in the financial accounting reports of enterprises and combining other relevant supplementary information,which provides a management decision and control for the management of the users of financial reports.Taking financial statements of Shanghai Automobile Group Co.,Ltd.as the research object,the paper finds out the problems in the daily management through the analysis and puts forward the feasible suggestions for the development of the company so as to assist the development of enterprises.
