摘  要:以应用于高速铁路的Vossloh300-1型扣件系统为研究对象,分析扣件系统组合失效对轨道系统钢轨参数的影响。首先建立轨道系统的分析模型,并利用扣件系统失效与3个刚度的关系,建立扣件系统不同失效工况模型;其次分析扣件系统完全失效、扣件弹条完全失效及扣件系统部分失效3种组合失效的极端工况下,扣件失效的数量与钢轨变形和钢轨转角的关系。最后的结论为轨道系统安全检测参数的提取提供一定的理论依据。With the Vossloh300-1 type fastener system in the field of high speed railway as the research object,the effect of combined failure of fastener system on rail's parameters of track system is analyzed.The analysis model of track system is established firstly and models for different failure conditions of fastener system are built based on the relationship between the failure of the fastener system and the three stiffness. Then,the relationships between the number of fastener failure,the rail deformation and the changing angle of the rail are analyzed under such three different combined failure conditions as the complete failure of fastener system,the complete failure of fastener spring bar and the partial failure of fastener system. The final conclusion provides a theoretical basis for the extraction of safety detection parameters of track system.
