对接行业需求提高卫生类高职院校服务能力——以江苏建康职业学院开展远程继续医学教育为例

摘　　要：服务社会是卫生类高职高专院校办学主要方向之一。回顾江苏建康职业学院"十二五"期间对接医疗卫生行业需求并服务医疗卫生行业,特别是开展远程继续医学教育取得的成效,展望"十三五",学校与行业深度融合,在政府部门指导下,紧密对接医疗卫生事业发展,发挥专业教师的主导作用,重视学习主体的需求,融入行业资源,运用互联网技术,精心设计、优化项目、科学管理、方便受众、注重实效,进一步发展远程继续医学教育,不断提高服务能力。Serving the society is one of the main directions of running a school by the vocational medical schools, and the paper reviews he efficacy of docking the demands of medical health industry during the 12 th Five-Year Plan, especially the efficacy of distance learning on continual medical education, and the paper also prospects the 13 th Five-Year Plan, and the school and industry should deeply integrate, closely dock the development of medical health enterprise under the guidance of governmental agencies, give play to the leading role of professional teachers, pay attention to the demands of leaning subject, introduction of industry resource, further develop the distance learning on continual medical education by the internet technology and constantly improve the service ability.
