摘　　要：目的了解彭州市医学影像从业人员放射防护支持性环境现状及其影响因素,为今后开展放射防护安全教育和干预提供依据。方法采用自行编制问卷,于2016年7—8月对彭州市192名在彭州市疾病预防控制中心登记的医学影像从业人员进行问卷调查。结果彭州市医学影像从业人员健康监护、健康教育、劳动合同、物资保障及政府监督等放射支持性环境总体较好,但市级医院和乡镇卫生院及社区卫生服务中心开展放射防护健康教育相对较少。私立医院一直为医学影像从业人员购买工伤保险的比例(75.5%)相对较低,放射防护设施和用品提供情况也相对较差。结论部分医院对医学影像从业人员的健康监护和健康教育的投入还有不足,对放射相关职业危害也不够重视,政府应加大对医院放射场所的监督力度。Objective To know the status and influence factors of radiation protection support environment status of Medical imaging practitioner in Pengzhou and provide basis for the development of radiation protection safety education and intervention in the future. Methods 192 cases of medical imaging practitioners registered in the disease control and prevention center in Pengzhou from July 2016 to August 2016 were selected by the self-made questionnaires. Results The radiation protection support environment such as the health supervision, health education, contract of labour, materials support and government supervision in Pengzhou is good, but the development of radiation protection health education in city hospital and rural health center and community health service enter was relatively less, and the private hospital believed that the proportion of purchasing the injury insurance of medical imaging practitioner was relatively low（75.5%）, and the supply condition of radiation protection facilities was relatively bad. Conclusion The input of health monitoring and health education of medical imaging practitioners in some hospital is insufficient and the radiation related occupational hazard has not aroused enough attention, and the government should increase the supervision of hospital radiation place.
