摘  要:基于免疫遗传算法对高频感应加热电源的控制是一种新型的控制方式,这种控制方式伴随着智能控制的出现应用而生。传统PID控制需要建立精确的数学模型,而高频感应加热过程呈非线性变化,建立精确模型比较困难。基于免疫遗传算法对高频感应加热电源的控制,只需利用智能控制算法对加热电源的PID控制参数进行在线调整,就可以精确地控制感应加热电源的输出,从而得到理想的加热效果。Based on immune genetic algorithm for control of high frequency induction heating power supply is a new kind of control mode, this control mode is accompanied by the emergence of intelligent control application, due to the traditional PID control needs to establish accurate mathematical model, and, high ft^luency induction heating process change is difficult to establish accurate model. Based on immune genetic algorithm for control of high frequency induction heating power supply by using intelligent control algorithm of the heating power of PID control parameters are adjusted online can precisely control the output of the induction heating power supply, so as to get ideal heating effect.
