星形细胞瘤术后化疗应用替莫唑胺效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨替莫唑胺在星形细胞瘤术后化疗中应用价值。方法选取我院2014年6月~2016年9月期间收治的40例脑间变性星形细胞瘤患者,随机分成2组,每组20例。两组单纯使用手术治疗,对照组术后未进行放、化疗治疗,观察组患者术后服用替莫唑胺放疗治疗。比较两组临床疗效。结果对照组总有效率(50.00%)低于观察组(80.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组优良率(55.00%)低于观察组(85.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组患者生存时间短于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论替莫唑胺对星形细胞瘤术后化疗的疗效显著,可有效延长患者生存时间,改善患者中枢神经系统功能,从而提高患者生活质量,促使患者早日恢复健康,具有较高的临床应用价值。Objective To investigate the application value of chemotherapy with temozolomide in postoperative astrocytoma. Methods 40 selected patients with anaplastic astrocytoma admitted into our hospital from June 2014 to September2016 were randomly divided into two groups,20 cases in each. Two groups were treated with surgery alone. Control group did not receive postoperative chemoradiotherapy,observation group received postoperative chemotherapy with temozolomide. The clinical efficacy of two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of control group（ 50. 00%） was significantly lower than observation group（ 80. 00%）（ P〈0. 05）; The excellent rate of control group（ 55. 00%） was significantly lower than observation group（ 85. 00%）（ P〈0. 05）; The survival time of control group was significantly shorter than observation group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Chemotherapy with temozolomide in postoperative astrocytoma has significant efficacy,it can effectively prolong survival time and improve central nervous system function,thus increasing living quality and promoting early recovery,which has higher clinical application value.
