摘　　要：从在线社区集体智能的概念模型出发,提出针对在线科技社区的计算机系统的总体结构框架和实现模型,其总体结构框架包含数据层和应用层,实现模型包含数据存储层、数据访问层、业务逻辑层和表现层四个层次。该系统综合多项网络技术,为在线科技社区提供较为全面的支持,可促进社区的演化和内部的知识共享、交流。Based on the conceptual model of the collective intelligence of online communities, we suggest a computer system framework and an implementation model to support online science and technology communities, which include data storage layer, data acess layer, business logic layer and user interface layer, and also aim at promoting the developments of the communal human network and knowledge network. The suggested framework combines various web technologies to provide comprehensive support for online science and technology communities, and promote the evolution of the community and internal knowledge sharing
