摘 要:应用食品营养管理的方法对运动员的体重监督,对运动员降低体重保持运动水平具有重要意义。研究通过测定运动员72 h的能力摄入和能力消耗,设计个体化的饮食方案;通过营养学知识的调查和培训,提高运动员的营养学知识水平,进行自我的体重监督;通过测定受试运动员个月的体重,身体基础组成、血液生化指标和饥饿度,证明食品营养管理的可行性,对保持运动水平具有应用价值。The food nutrition management was used in weight supervision of athletes,that was important in reduce weight to maintenance sport level of athletes. 72 h energy intake and consumption capacity of athletes were measured,and design individualized diet program. By nutrition knowledge research and training,the nutritional knowledge of athletes was improved and supervised weight by self. The weight,body base composition,blood biochemical parameter and hunger degree of athletes was measured,that proved the food nutrition management was feasible,and had application value to keep the sport level.
