摘　　要：针对军卫医院信息系统原有"公费用药目录"的不足,结合医保和军队病人对医嘱用药目录核查的实际需求,对原有的公费用药目录进行了改进。通过创建新的数学模型和数据结构,在门诊医生工作站和住院医生工作站系统中实现了用药目录核查、超量开药核查、用药目录查询功能,并实现了机关的统计查询和监控功能。提高了医嘱用药的合理性,减少了差错,提高了工作效率。Due to the shortage of the original ＂medical insurance＇s official drug catalogue＂ in Military Hospital Information System, combined with the actual needs of medical insurance of local and military on prescription drugs directory verification, the original public drug list was improved by creating a mathematical model and a new data structure in the outpatient doctor workstation system and inpatient doctor workstation system. The drug list verification, excessive drug verification, medication list query function, the authority statistics query and monitoring function are realized. Improve the rationality of prescription drugs, reduce errors, and improve the work efficiency.
