摘　　要：再生性牙髓治疗又称牙髓血管再生治疗,是年轻恒牙感染牙髓治疗的新选择。牙源性干细胞是参与再生性牙髓治疗中组织再生的三大要素之一。根管内炎症因子长期刺激将会导致根管内稳态的破坏,干细胞难以发挥其应有的作用。根管消毒是控制根管内感染、形成有利于干细胞发挥作用的微环境的关键步骤,但根管消毒材料本身对干细胞的作用不容忽视。文章将常用的根管消毒材料对牙源性干细胞的作用研究进展做一综述。Regenerative endodontic treatment （RET）, also known as dental pulp revascularization, is a new alternative treatment for immature teeth with infected pulps. Dental stem cells is one of the three elements of tissue regeneration in RET. Inflammatory cytokines disturb micro-environment homeostasis in the root canal, resulting in impaired function of dental stem cells. Root canal disinfection as the primary step controls infection and forms micro-environment which maintains stem cell function. However, the effect of intracanal medicaments on stem cells should not be ignored. In this review, we discuss current advances in the effect of intracanal medicaments on dental stem cells.
