1543例子宫平滑肌肿瘤的临床病理分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨子宫平滑肌肿瘤的临床病理特征。方法:收集2012年10月-2016年3月笔者所在医院收治的1543例子宫平滑肌肿瘤患者的临床及病理资料进行分析。结果:普通平滑肌瘤1393例,交界性平滑肌瘤149例(富于细胞型113例,奇异型4例,不典型18例,核分裂活跃型2例,恶性潜能未定型12例),平滑肌肉瘤1例。结论:子宫平滑肌肿瘤的细胞异型性、核分裂指数、凝固性肿瘤细胞坏死等均是判定肿瘤恶性程度的重要指标,早期诊断,采取合理的治疗有利于改善预后。Objective： To investigate the chnieopathoiogic features of uterlne smooth muscle tumors.Method： A retrospective analysis of clinical data was conducted in 1543 patients with uterine smooth muscle tumors who were admitted in our hospital from October 2012 to March 2016.Result： There were 1393 cases of usual leiomyoma, 149 cases of uterine borderline leiomyoma（including 113 cellular leiomyoma, 4 bizzarc leiomyoma, 18 atypical lciomyoma, 2 mitotically active leiomyoma, 12 smooth muscle tumor of uncertain malignant potential）, 1 case of ]eiomyosarcoma.Conclusion： Cytological atypia, mitotic index, coagulative tumor cell necrosis are important index of judging degree of malignancy, early diagnosis and proper treatment can provide strong protection to improve the prognosis.
